Today I got blood test back from a celiac test and it was positive…im getting a biopsy soon but i was just curious how accurate these blood test are and what the chances are that i do have the disease? thanks!

My doctor ordered a celiac panel blood test for me. I was negative on most of the panel except for Gliadin IgG.
What does this mean? The doctor was a little confused by the results and said that it was atypical.
Does anybody have any information about this? Does this mean I need to cut out gluten? [...]
